Consulting Team recruitment process

Once we receive CVs through our website, social media, emails, or other channels, we conduct a thorough analysis to ensure candidates meet the minimum requirements for each role in terms of education and specific experience. We also assess the four key dimensions during the process.

The 101 conversation is an informational session with candidates where we explain who Ceibo is, what we do, and what we’re looking for, while they share what they are seeking and their passions. If we find alignment between what candidates are looking for and what Ceibo needs, we invite them to the interview rounds and offer advice to prepare for the case interviews. It is recommended that potential candidates have explored our website and followed us on LinkedIn and Instagram.

In this round, candidates participate in two 75-minute interviews with Ceibo Managers and Project Leaders. They are presented with a business situation and asked to provide a strategic recommendation based on their analysis. Candidates who meet the expectations are invited to proceed to the next round.

In the second round, candidates have two more interviews with different Managers and Project Leaders, allowing them to meet team members with diverse profiles and experiences. As in the first round, candidates are presented with a business situation and asked to provide a strategic recommendation based on their analysis.

If the candidate performs well in the second round, they are invited to participate in the third and final round. This involves two 75-minute case interviews with Ceibo Partners, who continue to assess various aspects of the candidate.

If the candidate reaches this stage, a job offer is extended to join Ceibo in one of the available positions.
